I don' t think the person should have been denied the job because some people actually don't have social media and it is unfair fro them not to hire him just because he isn't the "typical" type of person. 

2) A new hire had just left the interview with the new information that he would be getting drug tested the next day. the new hire tweeted asking how he could pass a drug test within 24 hours.
