Czar Nicholas II was not part of communism. The start of communism in Russia didn't begin until Czar Nicholas II was overthrown by Rasputin. While in the government, Rasputin made sure Loyalist would get paid more than hard workers. Rasputin was later overthrown by the Provisional Government. The Provisional government were overthrown which caused the October revolution. So, Vladimir Lenin made sure he was not like the rest, he was fair. He was known as a great leader.
