There were trace amounts of Hydroxyurea in her blood.
No evidence of alcohol or drugs in her blood.
Blood glucose – 280mg/dL
A1C – 11 percent 
Micro-albumin test reveals significant protein in the urine.  Ketones found in urine.
Lens of the right eye appears cloudy. Blood vessels in both eyes are swollen. 
Abnormal blood vessels are present on the left retina. 
Vision was most likely compromised. 
Significant plaque buildup on the teeth as well as severely receding gums. 4-5 unfilled dental were visible. 
Left kidney appears pale and shows the beginning signs of necrosis. 
Right kidney appears normal.
Anna is possibly pregnant.

Anna's kidney may have become necrotic after taking too many pain meds to ease her sickle cell and chest pain.
She could have had a heart attack due to the blockage in the left anterior descending coronary artery.
Leading Theory: Evidence points to many of Anna's symptoms being caused by her Type 1 Diabetes. Her kidney failure, vision failure, high blood pressure, and heart disease can all be explained by poor management of diabetes.
