Ever since I was a kid I have loved star wars. It has given me creativity and somehow still gives me the ability to act like a little kid. Star wars has also helped me expand my interests. I have spent a lot of time researching and reading about the lore star wars has to offer which makes it even more exciting. Star wars even has the most influential quotes. Some of my favorites are listed below.

"“The truth is often what we make of it; you heard what you wanted to hear, believed what you wanted to believe." - Obi-wan Kenobi

“Train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose.” — Yoda

Gym Culture

I have been working out for 2 years now and would definitely say that the gym is a form of culture. I have met lots of similar people who have similar mindsets even if it is just having the goal to get shredded. The gym has taught me personally that having dreams and goals makes your life a lot more fulfilling. Throughout going to the gym, it has given me the mindset to do what I want to accomplish and put in the work. It was never easy, but I started to see results when I took it seriously and put in the work.

Sigma Culture

the sigma mentality resembles the nature of a man who has his priorities straight. This culture has taught me to focus on my goals and passions throughout my life. This culture has taught me the importance of hard work and making money. The sigma mentality teaches us that in life we need to focus on ourselves and the importance of self improvement. This post is mostly a joke but it technically has taught me to follow my passions and not care about the judgment of others.
