People act differently about climate change depending on what they believe and what they care about. When people believe that climate change is real and serious, they are more likely to do things to protect the planet, like recycling or using less energy. Culture and community also affect how people see the problem. Some think it’s a political issue, while others see it as something that affects everyone. In general, people’s values, beliefs, and how connected they feel to nature influence the actions they take to help reduce climate change.
