For kindergarteners I would not worry too much of the quality of education you produce, so much as getting the parents involved with their student's education. Some parents are strict on screen times, others not as much. Personally, as a parent when my child was virtual, we used the screen in 30 minute intervals. He would work on an assignment for 30 minutes and then I made him get up and go outside or move around the house. We did this for each subject allowing him a break from the computer screen to wind down.
