A few private and workwise highlights in 2024. Workwise i was promoted to Transformation manager, with more and better responsibility and access to more knowledge and information, working closely to our Management team. Hope to continue the trend at work in 2025, while reducing the stress on the private side (hopefully by April 2025). I hope to use STELLAR more in 2025 and start being comfortable with the tool, as it is helpful on following up on the strategy and goals.

Was a tough year, privately mostly, as well as challenging and exciting at the same time at work, where I'm leading enablement activities for our business transformation project. And as the project is coming to the end next year, my journey with the company (working here for 10 years) ends of June 2025 as well. So, this gives me opportunity to reset myself, take more time for self-refelction and try new things. One of the highlights for 2025 is for sure the Reinvention Summit in Dublin, and I want to focus more on reinvention tools and enjoy my coaching journey (part of ICF acredited training program).

I’m calling 2024 my year of reinvention—it’s when I first learned what it’s all about. My biggest win was earning my CRA certification and joining the Alliance—a space full of growth, inspiration, and incredible people! As for next year, I’m excited to keep exploring reinvention and improving my skills with its tools. I’m so happy to be part of this journey!

2024 has been a challenging year, moved from Slovakia back to Austria.

My goals for 2025 is to go back to corporate environment as a business analyst or related position building bridges between customers and users. Maybe I will be able to use some of the CRA tools in some workshops.

2024 was a year of growth and connection.
It was about nurturing relationships—with myself, family, nature, friends, colleagues, and global communities. I gained valuable insights into caring, being present, truly listening, supporting and mentoring peers, building bridges, forming new connections, and collaborating on meaningful projects and initiatives. I also dedicated time to fostering self-compassion, self-discovery, self-love, and self-reflection.

In 2025, my focus will remain on making meaningful contributions to the global networks I am part of.
Should reinvention be needed, I am ready to support these networks in anticipating, designing, and driving impactful change.
