         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Cancun Conference, agreed upon on December 11th of 2010, was the UN's most "comprehensive"  package agreement created yet with attempting to directly tackle climate change. This includes the major reduction of greenhouse gases, the protection of developing countries from climate impacts. The Cancun agreement provides a timeline schedule for all countries involved in the agreement to reduce their greenhouse emissions.</div>]]></description>
