Aneurysms;
An aneurysm is a localized, blood-filled balloon-like bulge in the wall of a blood vessel. As an aneurysm increases in size, the risk of rupture increases. A ruptured aneurysm can lead to bleeding. Aneurysms are a result of a weakened blood vessel wall, and can be a result of a hereditary condition or an acquired disease.
Aneurysms can occur in any blood vessel, with particularly lethal examples including aneurysms of the Circle of Willis in the brain, aortic aneurysms affecting the thoracic aorta, and abdominal aortic aneurysms.
Ways to reduce the risk of an aneurysm are to maintain a healthy weight, not to smoke, exercie and avoid comsuming excess amount of alcohol

Angina pectoris
Angina is chest pain that occurs when the blood supply to the muscles of the heart is restricted.

It usually happens because the arteries supplying the heart become hardened and narrowed.

Advanced age, smoking, obesity and eating a diet high in saturated fats all increase the risk of developing atherosclerosis which is the hardening and narrowing of arteries as a result of a build-up of fatty substances known as plaques. This can restrict the blood supply to the heart and trigger the symptoms of angina.

Hypertension is abnormally high blood pressure which can be cases by a state of great psychological stress.

Blood pressure is recorded with two numbers. The systolic pressure (higher number) is the force at which your heart pumps blood around your bod. The diastolic pressure (lower number) is the resistance to the blood flow in the blood vessels. It then puts extra strain on your blood vessels, heart and other organs, such as the brain, kidneys and eyes

A blood pressure reading between 120/80mmHg and 140/90mmHg could mean you're at risk of hypertension. It can increase the risk of a number of serious and potentially life-threatening conditions, such as: heart disease, heart attacks, stroke, heart failure, peripheral arterial disease, aortic aneurysms, kidney disease, and vascular dementia.

Millie
Myocardial infarction is the medical name for a heart attack. A heart attack is a life-threatening condition that occurs when blood flow to the heart is abruptly cut off, causing tissue damage. This is usually the result of a blockage in one or more of the coronary arteries. A blockage can develop due to a buildup of plaque, a substance mostly made of fat, cholesterol, and cellular waste products.
A number of different factors may increase your risk for a heart attack, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
