I am writing to complain about the vacation you planned for me.

I am very disappointed with the vacation up until now because everything has been terrible. First of all, the flight was the worst I have ever had- the flight attendent spilled coffee on me, there was a baby sitting next to me who didn't stop screaming and the plane landed an hour late. In addition, the hotel doesn't have nice employees, and the food is awful.

We are writing to complain about the awful vacation we just had in Egypt. We would like you to talk to the travel agency and get us a refund.

First of all, the food was terrible, there was nothing suitable for vegeterians or vegans so we had to make our own food. Moreover, the flight got longer than we expected and service was shameful.

The worst part of the trip was the hotel we were staying at, the place was full of bugs and termites and the beds were made of straw.

A complaint about the the vacation in your hotel

Dear Mrs. Orit,

I am writing to complain about the vacation i had in your hotel in last summer.

You have problems in managing the rooms delivery. When i arrived to the hotel' i had to wait five hours after the room was supposed to be ready until i got it.

You also have problems with the facilities that are offered. After getting the room, i went to the the pool and the spa jacuzzi. Both were full of insects and there was no life guard in the area.

More over, you have problems with the rooms themselves. There was no water in the room at all. I couldn't take a shower after being in the pool. Beside the water problem, the TV did not work too.

In conclusion, I had an awful vacation and I expect you to fix the problems and give me my money back.
