We are trying to make sure they can investigate and discover the truth on their own in a world of fake news. Give them the tools to self-evaluate the work that they do in the real world. It encourages them to have discussions in life to prepare for the variety of conversations that they might encounter. It will encourage students to think beyond the facts to the outcomes.
