  • Profit margin: What is the desired profit margin for the product or service? What is the minimum price they can charge to cover their costs and still make a profit?
  • Payment methods: What payment methods will they accept? Will they offer payment plans or financing options?

  • Location: If the students are considering a physical store, they should determine the best location for it based on their target market. They should research the areas where their customers are likely to shop or visit frequently.
  • Transportation: If the students are planning to sell a physical product, they should consider how the product will be transported to the stores or customers. They should also think about how the transportation process could impact the product's cost and delivery time.
  • Stock management: Students should consider how they will manage their stock to ensure that they have enough stock to meet the demand. They should think about how they will handle excess inventory and how they will replenish stock when it runs low.
  • Customer service: Students should consider how they will provide customer support, whether it's through a phone line, chatbot, or email. They should also think about how they will handle returns and refunds.
