I agree, violence is a contagious disease because if you grow up in a violent environment, that is, if our father mistreats your mother verbally or physically, we will grow upset and We will acquire these behaviors and we will apply it to our lives because we grew up in a violent environment.

I agree with the speaker, totally the violence is a contagious disease, however if we developed in zone with violence, it can harm our mind with violence and thinking that everything is with violence in troubles and our behavior can be disorder, that we can react with everything or something simple.

Something that caught my attention was when he talked about how we can try to reverse violence, there are only three things but they are important things. The first is to interrupt the transmission, in this step you must detect and find the people who are infecting others. The other step is to prevent future spread, this means that you should look for people who have been exposed to the disease and try to cure them so that they do not continue to spread. and the last one is to change group rules. These steps can be effective if we know how to use them for the future of society. Everywhere they should be adapting these steps to stop the disease.

I partially disagree. Depending on how independent a person is, seeing violence may dissuade people on continuing that trend in the future. Simply saying that violence is an contagious disease is an understatement on how dependent and complex some of these things are.

My overall reaction to the TED talk was that this was interesting and it was a good way to look at disease. Something that stood out to me was that the speaker actually compared the disease to crime. This is a good way to look at things because this can make you see that a pandemic is prevented it just depends on the precautions that you take before it spreads tremendously

I have seen that the disease in China could have been quickly prevented if they had took precaution 3 weeks before they had it would have not turned into a pandemic. So this is why i can agree with the speaker when he speaks on controlling the pandemic and controlling crime being similar.
