Teaching:
1. differentiated to meet the needs of learners. In the first place, we need to know our students. Identify their needs and adapt our teaching methods so everyone has the same opportunities. I use in my lessons adapted resources for the less capable. Splitting the questions into small components so it is easier for them to identify the tools they need for solving problems. I use more graphs or pictures to make it easier for visual learners. This approach requires effective planning.

2. informed by assessment. Formative assessment is important for teachers and learners. The learner needs continuous feedback for his learning process through assessment to allow future planning but also the teacher, after giving feedback and analysing it, will adapt the teaching process to the learner's needs.

3. focused on effective teamwork and collaboration. It could be applied through a collaborative project where the class is divided into groups. The project objective is to teach a specific part of a topic, so the roles of learner and teacher are swapped. Within the group, they will have to collaborate to assign which one is going to teach what, the resources they are going to use, etc.

1. Communicating
All stakeholders in the class should learn to communicate in effective ways. Students should feel comfortable sharing solutions and offering constructive criticism for all to meet the standards.

2. Self-Management skills
All stakeholders should use electronic calendars to better manage time and adhere to deadlines. This will ensure that all students maximize their learning.

3. Research skills
All students should know where and how to find answers to questions that can not be answered during class time. Teaching the students where they can find reliable resources and which are sources that will not make them better mathematics students is imperative in this new era of learning.

Teaching informed by assessment (formative and summative)1. Differentiate questions based on the formative/summative assessment: Students will be given an opportunity to choose questions provided for more practice based on their weak areas or topics which been identified in the assessment.2. Formative assessment: Use the assessment as a tool to update my planning.3. Feedback on whether it’s correct or not without pointing out where exactly they went wrong. I find this is a powerful way to direct students to recheck their work and improve their solutions to further their understanding.

Teaching focused on conceptual understanding (by Zeni Rofiqoh)

1. State the aims of the meeting
The initial steps to drive students well in receiving the conceptual understanding is by stating the aims of lesson in the very first time. This will give an insight to students so that they know which way they go to.

2. Make students experiencing activity that corresponds to the aim by giving them the skills and practice.
At first, we possibly need to explain things to students. Alternatively, give them an experience such as solving a worksheet collaboratively, or making a group af an hands-on activity. This stage will require our engagement as well as guidance.

3. Confirming the conceptual understanding.
It is important for re-state the conceptual understanding to check whether students have understood the concepts. We can do this by asking some questions or even making a game.

4. Practice a test
Test is required to check how deeper students understand the concepts
