         <description><![CDATA[<div>Planograms is when you have a sheet of paper and it tells you where each product/item where it exactly is. An advantage is it keeps the display tidy so the customer are attracted to the display. Also you put the product that you want to sell the most in the customer eye line so the customer are most likely to see them and the least products at the bottom of the display.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>CCTV- Make sure you have regular checks on blind spots as the CCTV may not be able to cover that. <br>High value goods- Make sure high value goods are locked away in a glass cabinet so they are reducing them from being stolen or even damaged. <br>Lifts and elevators- Make sure they are in good working conditions so customers don't have any issues with and the business don't get a bad reputation for it. <br>Stock positioning- Make sure stock are positioned in a way that is safe like for example no in front of fire exits etc.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In any workplace you have to be aware of the safety risks around you:<br>Damaged stock- You should have regular checks on your stock so when purchased by customer they don't harm them.<br>Leakage- Make sure none of the displays are leaking or ceiling so there is no risk of slipping over and injuries occurred. <br>Height and width of display-  The height and width of the display have got to be correct or customers wont be able to see it and its got to be a lot of space so it can be fitted in. <br>Lifting and holding objects- Need to hold objects by plan bend posture so it doesn't cause any injuries or harm to you. <br>Loose cables - This is another safety risk make sure these are loose as they could cause electric shocks , tripping over and fires. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Out of dates products- make sure these are off the shelves so you aren't breaking the law. <br>Temperature Control- Making sure the temperature is correct especially with chilled and frozen foods <br>Cross Contamination- It should be addressed if foods are mixing together so the customer knows Disease and Dangerous Occurrences is an act against these so these aspect are dealt with in the correct manner. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Visual Communication (signs)- Tesco's display signs around the shop to show where everything is and where all the offers are. This enhances the customer experience as they know where the products they want are especially the massive offers that come out around big events. <br>Lighting- Tesco's have a clothing department and in the changing room their lights are dimmed so the customer looks better in the product which encourages the customer to purchase the product. <br>Colours- Red and Yellow are sales colours and these are the colours which Tesco's use and these instantly attract the customer to come over to the product, <br>Music- Tesco's have slow background music and this reflects how the customer shops to stop and look at the product which gets them interested in the products. <br>Tangible- Tesco's have a sense of touch to there food products and their computers etc. you are allowed to touch these which enables the customers to use these products. <br>Intangible - The slogan from Tesco's 'every little helps' attracts customer as Tesco's created a massive reputation of brilliant supermarket products  and as soon as they hear about Tesco's they think of every little helps. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Visual Communication (signs) - At House of Fraser their is signs outside the shop showing where the offers are and what offers there are in store so customers are attracted as soon as possible.<br>Lighting- The lighting at House of Fraser are very dimmed in the changing room even on the shop floor so the customers look better in store which means they are most likely to buy it.<br>Colours- The colors at House of Fraser are black and white which can be meant by professional and that's what the target market is. <br>Music- House of Fraser have quite trendy music which reflects on the clothing style  and what clothes they are in store. <br>Scent- The scent of House of Fraser is a nice smelling scent which shows they want to attract the customer to the perfume/aftershave section of the shop. <br>Tangible - House of Fraser use Tangier products as tangible is a sense of touch such as they can sense to touch the products.  <br>Intangible- This is when you cant sense the touch but you still get attracted so customers get attracted to the brand name as House has professional colors (black and white). </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Electronic Displays-  Tesco's have electronic displays such as adverts to show the latest offers and whats coming out , customers are attracted to these as these have animations that interest customers. <br>Digital media- Tesco's use digital media to show pictures and videos on how they try and come across and how the company processes. <br>Interactive touch screens- interactive touch screen are used in store so customer can see whats in stock and whats coming out next. <br>Demonstrating new products through new technology- Tesco's use stalls at the front of shop or the end of aisles for example Tesco Mobile to see if your interested in a new phone or any of electronic device. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
