I tend to be more cautious as I prefer ~~the~~ a more

specific task or specified conditions because when the

sky is the limit I can't focus on something concrete.

Most probably I tend be more cautions.

When the sky is the limit I can forget about smt or

worse yet, do not understand that it is necessary.

As I know the next elections will be in autumn in our country. It will be elections to position a measure of Kiev. Most likely it will be a difficult choice for residents of Kiev.
