This argues that e-receipt could associate customers with issues of digital citizenship. The e-receipt contains specific item details which associate to date, transaction detail, product number and warranty about the product. This will allow customer to keep track with their purchases and product details every time. Some receipts may provide links to items purchased that contains further details about the item. Links to item purchased are embedded emails as hyperlink which will redirect the customer to the website that contains the catalogue and database that has the information of that product bought. The further details explained could also provide customers with ease of use in the form of guidelines or ‘how to’ instruction for begninners.

 
 However this might introduce privacy issues towards the customer. For example, e-receipt could be sold to another’s company for advertisement purposes. Hence, the customer would be receiving spam email about promotions that the customer never subscribed to and cause trouble to the customer. This also could lead to security issue if the e-mail are hijacked by the hackers and also personal information of the customer are being exposed and used illegally by them.

The arguement is that students may not have the neccessary skills to operate a computer as may not not haveaccess to one or educated to used one. For example, the student might not know how to open the website or even know how to navigate through MOOC website. This impacts the students in a way that they won't be able to fully experience the benifits MOOC. However, this could benifit the MOOC side as they could ask for feedback of users experience and create guidelines based on the feedback given to increase users experience.

The problem that is in need of a solution is the issue of inequality of access, where the arguement is that the students as stakeholders do not have the necessary skills to operate a computer as may not not have access to one or educated to used one. A suggested solution is that MOOC make the website mobile-friendly and could be accessed using browsers in smartphones. The steps are to change the web page dimensions and edit the layout of the website so that it fits within the frame display of an average smartphone. Then, MOOC might need to insert customs plugins to compensate the fact that smartphones might use different Operating systems and could not process the original codings. This would allow people who are more experienced in using smartphones as compared to computers to access with better experience. 
In the future, online courses need to be able to be accessed on multiple platforms to allow wider range of users.

One of the problems that desparately needs to be solved is the problem of inequality of access where the arguement is that the course desgin is poor.

A suggested solution is that Universities need to set a standard that all the developers need to follow regarding accessibility.

The step by step process should start by universities administrators discuss and set out an outline of the cyllabus for the courses that will be provided. Next, course designers need to follow the flow set out and make sure the design is user friendly. In the context of being user friendly, designers need to design the webpage by using simple looking fonts such as arial and straight foward functions if it utilizes javascript. Basically the webpage needs to look simplistic. 

This would allow people with little knowledge on how webpages work to access with less difficulty understanding how to navigate it.

In the future, developers need to comply with their clients and must also be aware of the people that will be accessing it. From there, the products that they produce will be accessible to most of the people in the population with little knowledge of IT.
