Good health is the foundation of being able to experience life fully with all our strength whether it happy or sad times. Doesn’t keeping good health cost money. Buying healthy ingredients for example requires money and at this current day and age prices for healthier foods are just rising. Yes, going for a run is free. But is that the only aspect of keeping a healthy body? Hence I personally think that money does buy some form of happiness thru good health. What are your views?

Are the best things in life truly free?

Yes.
A poor man asked the Buddha, “Why am I so poor?”
The Buddha said, “you do not learn to give.”
So the poor man said, “If I’m not having anything?”
Buddha said: “You have a few things,
The Face: which can give a smile;
Mouth: you can praise or comfort others;
The Heart: it can open up to others;
Eyes: who can look the other with the eyes of goodness;
Body: which can be used to help others.”
These things are free .
  • We have the power to brighten someone’s day so be happy and spread it.
  • We have the beautiful gods creation and colorful nature telling us to color our life.Every morning sun rises for everyone and inspires us.
  • We have our unique personality and imaginations .
  • Someone who loves us .
  • Happiness and friendship all around . See the happiness in the child’s face eating chocolates or playing with balloons who is too young to understand the complexities of life and imagine yourself in that situation.
  • We have our present ; power of now . We have the power to remain in peace with present.

Well, I think Things can never be free. But if we get in the insight of it, We have trained our brain to get feelings out of things. Good things give us good feelings,and bad things , Bad feelings.
In this course of training, We have forgotten that it is the feeling that matters,not the things.
If I ask you, What is the best thing?
You might say, getting a lamborghini . But what makes it best?
Because it makes you happy.
you might say, Reaching a target you set.
But because it makes you content.
So getting back, things are not free,they never were. But the feelings we associate with them are free,and they always were. And the good news is that it is the feeling that matters,Not things.
And yes, The best feelings in life are free.
It is similar to this: I like mangoes. I feel like eating them. So I get in my car and drive to the supermarket to buy mangoes. In the way ,I did not pay any attention to the trees full of mangoes, But I bought them from the market instead.
I mean, The Ultimate result: The feeling is same, But we Go to Buy them, And not notice about how freely they are available around us!
It does not take a lot of money or cars to make you happy, But just a smile without any reason, you gift to yourself when you are reminded of the best moment of your life!
It does not take Buying houses or farms to make you content, But simply helping the laundry man with his load!
Once we get out of the fallacy of association between things and feelings, The best Things in the world will become free!
