         <description><![CDATA[<p>The reason is that neoprene can keep the temperature in the container, so we think it is the best material in cold climates. The average of the temperature it drops per second is 0.24589107.  However, the average of our temperature per second is very high, because the starting point is at 69 degrees Celsius, so the temperature it drops per second is very high. At the beginning, the temperature of the water is 69 degrees, and at the end of water's temperature is 62 degrees. Hence the total temperature it drops is 7. In conclusion, the maximum temperature it drops is the smallest that is the reason we choose it.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Because cotton is perfect for both climates, which is hot or cold, so when we compare our data, neoprene, cotton, and polyester fleece. We find out cotton has a medium average rate of cooling. And it is about 0.0167 per second when we test our experiment for 510 seconds. This means cotton is suitable for Humid climates. For the reason that cotton is lightweight, breathable, and effortlessly absorbs moisture.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Polyester fleece is hot climate because, according to the date, I spent 8.5 minutes confirming the data. In the 8.5 minutes, the temperature changed from 81 to 71 degrees. This means that the polyester fleece makes the hot water drop 10 degrees. The average of the low temperature is about 0.025 per second. This means the polyester fleece is suitable for a hot climate. </p>]]></description>
