We decided to have only one leader.
We will discuss the assignment in the class and have meeting outside class for about 1 or 2 times a week.
When there is argument on some issues, we listen to the team leader.
We will communicate via padlet and email as we have already added all the member contact details.
Leader can decide whether individual work is of acceptable standard.
if we’re not happy with a group member’s commitment, we set down and discuss with other then reporting to the teacher is the last resort.

Liz, Tony, Ony and Arel. All of us have experience working in group. We all had positive experience expect Liz. She had a conflict with her team members.  

She doesn't like group work is because her IIS experience. She did not feel like working in a team. She did most of group work including planning, researching, submitting assignment and printing out assignments.
