This article talks about the rules and regulations for the distribution of e-cigarettes and tobacco products for minors, and how much the rates of minors that use tobacco products have gone up since the laws have gone into place. The case went to the supreme court TLO vs. New Jersey and they voted 6-3 that the school was allowed to do that and punish her for the other found contraband. This relates to my take action project because if someone gets caught vaping in the bathrooms they can be searched to see if they have anything else and not do it again.
