         <description><![CDATA[<div>A teacher's appearance has an impact on their professional level.<br><br></div><div>-For formal attire for male teachers, teachers should wear slacks and a shirt or wear a black coat with a tie.<br><br></div><div>-Female teachers should dress modestly in the classroom, such as wearing a Baju Kurung and refraining from wearing short skirts or revealing the top.<br><br></div><div>-Most schools do not allow teachers to wear facial piercings, tattoos, or brightly coloured hair while working.<br><br></div><div>-Teachers should also avoid using dirty words or acting inappropriately with colleagues in front of or around students, and should avoid drinking alcohol or smoking when around students.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Outstanding Communication Skills</div><div>-The teacher's communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and visual), which involve speaking, writing, imagery, body language, and organizing ideas into an understandable structure, are important so that they can convey knowledge with better skills and results to students.</div><div>-A teacher who is carefully sensitive to the actions of students who do not understand and tries to communicate individually when necessary.<br><br>2. Calm and approachable</div><div>-Teachers should have a high level of patience to listen to and understand what the students are experiencing.</div><div>-Students will feel comfortable talking to their teacher openly and honestly when the teacher is approachable and students consider the teacher as a friend.<br><br>3.&nbsp; Professionalism and discipline</div><div>-A teacher must have good discipline in order to be an example to other students.</div><div>-Professionalism must be at the forefront of everything a teacher does both in and out of the classroom.<br><br>4.&nbsp; Listen carefully.</div><div>-Listening well is one of the most important skills needed to be a teacher.</div><div>-Effective listening skills also help a teacher understand their students better.<br><br>5. Demonstrate empathy</div><div>-By being empathetic and understanding what may happen in the lives of those around the student, this will make the student feel safe with the upcoming challenges.</div><div>-Every student has a different way of learning, either faster or slower than usual; therefore, the teacher should show empathy so that the student does not fall far behind in learning.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teachers with professional expertise will guarantee the well-being of life and be able to produce an excellent, glorious, and distinguished nation in the future. Teachers who have professional expertise should have the following characteristics:<br><br></div><div>i. Possess expert knowledge in a variety of problem-solving skills and make sound decisions.<br>ii. Have a strong commitment and determination to educate the nation's children.</div><div>iii. Be able to communicate effectively during the teaching and learning process.</div><div>iv. Possess the ability to use technology and contribute to the advancement and enrichment of science and technology.</div><div>v. The ability to face challenges and make positive changes.<br><br></div><div>As a professionally qualified teacher, the teacher must have a high level of responsibility and commitment to the teaching profession. Among his responsibilities are those stated below.<br><br></div><div>i. A teacher must conduct all relationships and tasks with honesty and trust.</div><div>ii. A teacher's primary responsibility is to his students. The student's interests must override all other interests such as community, association, or private interests.</div><div>iii. Teachers should serve as substitutes for parents in order to shape student behavior toward societally accepted goals.</div><div>iv. He should educate and treat all students fairly, regardless of race, skin color, gender, language, religion, political beliefs, family origin, intellectual, academic, or other status.</div><div>v. The teacher should respect the right of every student to keep confidential information about himself. The student should not be disclosed to other people or agencies that are not concerned.<br><br></div>]]></description>

This is an easy and transparent technique to promote active learning and foster a positive environment.<br><br></div><div>-can result in productive communication between instructors and students.<br><br></div><div>-It can serve as the foundation for developing concepts, pupils' claims and sentiments, engagement, and self-assurance.<br><br></div><div>-The teacher uses this method by posing inquiries on the lesson's material, to which the pupils are expected to respond appropriately.<br><br></div><div>-The teacher will use this questioning strategy to clarify key concepts for the students to understand, allowing them to think more critically and actively participate in acquiring a variety of subjects.<br><br></div><div>- Teachers also need to ask students questions so that they can think about the topic being studied so that they can understand it easily and effectively.<br><br></div>]]></description>
