It is more an attitude, because it represent the choice to move from traditional reading/writing format to a more complex way of elaborating written texts; it is not simply an expensive substitution of paper for an electronic device, it represent the will to redefine the way we relate to the written words because moving to digital literacy offers the chance to augment the impact of what we write and redefine the way we can work with them. After reading the first chapter, I would define digital literacy as a set of technological skills to be gained along any learning process. One essential element is the intentionality underneath the digital tool we aim to use.
