         <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/2208">https://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/2208</a><br><br><br>大家都知道，女性在生理期來臨時，會有購買生理用品的需求。不過許多男性朋友或長輩可能跟我一樣，不太清楚每回生理週期，會有多少花費、要投入多少心力；更別說是認識生理用品，有哪些廠牌、產品、款式、型號，還有要什麼時候使用、該怎麼用。<br>從生理面來說，女性自青春期開始到停經，會有30多年，一生中會經歷大概有400多次的月經週期。保守估計，如果一片衛生棉以五元計算，一個月經週期可能會用到近30至40片，那麼一輩子可能需要花費近十萬元購買生理用品。這些支出，就像女性每個月都要被課「月經稅」一樣。<br>須注意，這樣的估計已經相當保守了！這還不包含止痛藥、避孕藥、生理褲、調整經期等其他舒緩方式的支出，加上諸多生活上的不便，可能會讓女性落入經濟和社會的相對弱勢之中。<br>2021-09-09</div><div>文・黃偉哲（台南市市長）</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
