         <description><![CDATA[<div>Summary Offences Is Act 25 of 1988. A penalty unit is used to calculate the amount payable for an individual who has been found guilty of an offense. The maximum penalty upon conviction in New South Wales is 10 penalty units or imprisionment. You can commit the offense on private property however if the individual is within view of a public place or school, they can be charged.</div>]]></description>
