Sea Turtles usually migrate to Nicarwagwas Beaches to lay eggs

They lay about 600,000 at a time which make it easy for poachers

But with poachers lurking around, the population started to decline in the 1980's

Like most people would think why should i care about sea turtles, what'd they ever do for me. But Jose Urteaga thought that this is an inocent species and they shouldn't die cause of humans, so he put alot of time and effort into this, to make sure the turtles woud be okay. He even hired the people who used to be the reason the turltes were dying, and he taught them. I would have been like girl bye.
