She would rather be with her best friend Soojin. Amina's relationship with Soojin, started to change after Soojin started to hang out with Emily one of the cool kids. Soojin is also changing her name because she is going to become a citizen of the USA. Amina is worried that she needs to start changing to. Well as Amina is thinking about Soojin, and school work her local Mosque is vandalized. Amina's Mosque is covered in graffiti that does not send a good message Amina's way. Amina is devastated about the Mosque, but everyone is supporting Amina and her community.
