Q1: Most Commonly Violated Commandment?

Thou shalt not use a computer to harm other people.

This commandment is violated the most because adolescents are on their phones a majority of their day and it just ends up happening. If someone does something they dont like its easy to express their negative feelings about it online behind the screen because this way they dont have to deal with the consequences.

I beleive that its become too easy for a person to do bad things behind the computer screen. They are enabled by the lack of authority they have in the present moment. Although they might know that what they're doing is wrong they think "its okay how would i even get caught".

Q3 What do you think could be done to reduce or eliminate such unethical behavior?

I think that we should have monitored computers for everyone. So that people know that they are being watched and they cant just do whatever they want. This will hold them against their actions and they will be penalized for breaking the commandments.
