Strength - I will hold sessions and classes to teach all stakeholders the technology that will be used.  I will share the vision for the school and how the technology will enhance it.
Weaknesses - Some stakeholders may be against new ideas. Strength - I will encourage teachers to make learning accessible for all students, no matter of cultural or language barriers. I will encourage the proper use of technology and remind all of the Acceptable Use Policy for the school district.
