Based on this course, i have learned many things about how to run a business effectively. For example, make ideation and innovation for a start-up business using BMC and business plan. I’ve learned to promote our product using social media like Whatsapp, Instagram, website and Facebook to gain more audience to buy our product. Other than that, I learn to manage a financial statement for our business to track a profit and loss throughout the week sale to plan our business future strategy. However, run a business is a not easy because we have to think about product prices before buying(because the price currently expensive), time consuming and other strategy to make our business operate more in a long term.
