We use differentiation in a number of ways. In art we use a series of reflections to help understand where students are at art wise. We also use creativity. brainstorming ideas, as well as adding projects that are culturally relevant to students. Example- giving students the numerous choice options when it comes to projects. In Spanish, they are doing a news report while the other students are getting a lesson in the Spanish alphabet.
