1. If you are presenting on 8 July Day 1, please report to the registration counter outside LT B2.17 (moderator queue) in the morning to confirm your attendance as a presenter.

2. If you are presenting 9 July Day 2, please report outside LT B2.17 in the morning before Keynote 2 commences to confirm your attendance as presenter.  

Reporting to the concurrent session room

1. All concurrent sessions will take place in Block C, Level 3, Rooms C3.08, C3.09, and C3.10. Please refer to the Schedule for Concurrent Sessions for your presentation room.

2. Please report to the rooms where you are presenting at least 30 minutes before your concurrent session begins.

3. Please test your slides before the concurrent session begins.

4. Each presentation has been allocated 30 minutes (20 minutes for the presentation, 10 minutes for Q&A, and transition time). Please follow the time signals provided by the moderator.

5. All presentations should be delivered in English. 

Here's a summary of important information and key responsibilities:

Reporting for moderator duty

1. If you are moderating 8 July Day 1's concurrent session, please report to the registration counter outside LT B2.17 (moderator queue) in the morning to confirm your attendance as moderator.

2. If you are moderating 9 July Day 2's concurrent sessions, please report outside LT B2.17 in the morning before Keynote 2 commences to confirm your attendance as moderator.

Reporting to the concurrent session room

1. Please arrive at 30 minutes early at the assigned concurrent session room to meet your presenters, confirm they can project their slides, and agree on timekeeping arrangements including how and when to give time signals.

2. Each presentation is allocated 30 minutes (20 min presentation, 10 min Q&A). Please factor in transition time between presentations for speakers to switch devices.

3. For sessions with 3 presentations, keep speakers to time to ensure each has their full allocation. For 2-presentation sessions, use your discretion to ensure equitable time and audience engagement.

4. WiFi details are posted on the wall. If technical assistance is required, scan the QR code displayed on the desktop at the front of the room.

During the session

1. Introduce each speaker by name and their presentation title at the start of their slot.

2. Facilitate Q&A by inviting questions from the floor and drawing the session to a close at the allocated time.

3. At the end of all the presentations, thank all presenters verbally.

4. Engage the help of a participant to assist with a group photo of the presenters and you as the moderator.
