<title>This website is geared towards balanced literacy and promoting best practice techniques. It focuses on being a literacy coach and how to effectively assist teachers. There are different sections based upon literacy components such as interactive read alouds, guided reading, reading workshop, writing workshop, and classroom environment. Each section has coaching conversation starters, lesson planning prompts, problem solving, articles on the topic, and resources to guide conversations. This website emphasizes how coaching is about building relationships and forming a collaboration where the teacher and the coach are both learners. As a teacher leader it is important to be able to share resources as well be able to assist another teacher in a specific area of learning. If one is unfamiliar with literacy, this would be the perfect resource to use. </title>

<title>This is a list of the top 10 blogs to follow on social media. There are twitter accounts, blogs, and other social media platforms where well known educator leaders are sharing their thoughts and insights about educational leadership. Each of the suggested sites are geared towards different groups such as principals, classroom management, educational toolkits, and perspectives on educational leadership. There are other links to resources such as websites and books that you can access. The great thing about blogs and social media posts is that they are constantly being updated with current information and new ideas, which would keep a teacher leader up to date. </title>

<title>This website contains up to date articles on educational leadership topics. Since new topics and problems are arising every day in the educational field, it is important to stay current with trends and issues. Some of the articles that I read were about tips for becoming a better educational leader, how to demonstrate leadership potential, teacher shortages, and experimental education. I like how this website showcases numerous current educational articles in one location so you do not need to search for them.</title>
