School district selects and employs mentors. Department of ed. directs what needs to happen...overwhelms candidates. New proposal with University hiring mentors. Seeking to find mentors who have National Board Certification and training on mentoring. Including mentors on learning management system of course. The mentor will give the feedback on teaching tied to the university classroom.

2 year placement in a mentor teacher classroom. 1/2 time every day.
