Bist Du wirklich vermögend, ist möglicherweise in Deinem Fall ein Erbvertrag besser als ein Testament. Denn bei Geld hört oft die Freundschaft (auch innerhalb der Familie) auf.

Wenn Du also „millionenschwer“ bist, lasse Dich von einem Fachanwalt für Erbrecht beraten (Ein "Erbvertrag" kann hier die wasserdichte Lösung für Dich sein).
