This will better help them to be responsive to each student by focusing on their assets and capabilities. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teachers should provide a space where our students feel safe and supported. By doing this, participation in discussions and activities will be easier and allow students to be more successful. However, I believe classroom managment should be a team effort amongst the students and teacher. By setting boundaries together that must be followed, students are held more accountable being that they were apart of the making of the rules.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
