D)	Give a detailed description (in writing or as a podcast) of a classroom scenario that illuminates one (or more) key tenets of the learning theory. Remember, you must provide enough details so a reader/listener can make the connection. You are encouraged to connect explicitly the scenario to the learning theory at the end of your description.

Radical Behaviorism describes that psychology should focus peoples behaviors and actions rather than an individuals' mental and emotional state. A major aspect of this learning theory is the idea of reinforcement (the concept of stimuli and their respective responses, more specifically how reward and punishment can be used to effect the frequency of a behavior in the future).

Based on the definition from part A, Radical Behaviorism applies to the mathematics because of the way the teacher treats the student. If the teacher is giving the student more praise, the student will want to do the work more than if they were not getting any praise. Some students that do not get any praise may feel like there is no point in doing the assignment, sometimes the students must have a purpose to keep working.

This should motivate students to strive to achieve higher grades on homework, tests, etc.
-In classroom behavior: if a student works very hard in class, give her/him a homework and/or quiz pass or something. If the whole class is very well behaved maybe offer them 5 minutes at the end of class to themselves where they can work on homework or ask questions etc.. This would motivate them to behave well more often.

In a classroom setting many students work at their own pace, some students will obviously struggle more than others. For instance say a student has a learning disability and requires extended time and a lot of help when performing in class activities. This student who needs more help may ask the teacher for assistance with their in class work. If the student understands a concept on the in class assignment and/or gets an answer correct, the teacher can give the child a prize or a sticker or something. Giving a student positive feedback/praise will influence the student to want to work harder. If you were to give the student negative feedback on their work, they may feel like giving up. Dealing with the psychological behavior of a student can be very important to help them succeed.

**This response is based on the previous 3 (parts A, B, and C)
