The teachers could choose to work alone or with other teachers from different schools to plan and map out units of study for students. Two thirty minute PD sessions were offered for teachers each month. Topics were chosen by the attending staff and the STAT teachers would facilitate a discussion with the teachers that were interested in the chosen topic.
