The author goes through each chapter telling you about her life and how she used to get walked on and doubted herself, but now sees how great and wonderful she really is. She encourages women to go out and be their best in everything they can be. She gives advice and tells real stories to show that everyone goes through some rough patches in life but that you can't just stop and give up. This made me open my eyes and reevaluate things in life that I want to work on! It makes you want to go out and do things you always said you couldn't do.
