The protein jar represents my strongest passion at the moment which is the gym, which has made me form a very high discipline and sense of competitiveness, always looking to be the best and working to be my personal best. The gym encompasses not only a physical improvement aspect, but also a personal and mental growth.
5. My dog is called Moka, she is my daughter and represents for me a responsibility apart from my studies and work, being in charge of a living being makes me more aware of the animals and the people around me. My dog is the practice of how to be a good father in the future.
6. The Rod of Asclepius represents my deepest dream since I was little, which is to study medicine. When I was little I lost ALL my siblings and almost my mother due to medical complications, which left a great mark on me, and that is why my dream has always been to be able to learn more about the medical world to find explanations and to be able to help others. This desire has haunted me for as long as I can remember, that is why I work so hard at school and look for the best grades, because I want to enter the university of my dreams and practice medicine. The near-death experience with my mother made me create a bond with her that goes beyond any mother and child, our relationship is one of trust and support, if I lost my mother one day, a part of me would go with her. she. My mom has been there for me in my most difficult moments and always present in my projects, no matter how crazy they are.

This painting was purchased on my parents' honeymoon in Egypt approximately 19 years ago, the geroglyphs are a representation of my family's lastnames "Garza" and "Contreras". I consider that it is a cultural appreciation since we always try at home to have small souvenirs of other cultures that we visit in the world, from small magnets, to clothes and key chains, we do this to remember the good memories that knowing that new culture brought us. My family loves to travel so this kind of things connects us and makes us very happy.

But I consider that I don't have just one house, as for example I consider the gym a home, because my family is there (mainly close friends) and although it is not a place to relax physically, mentally it frees me and relaxes me.

Which cultural practice can you implement or continue to do in order to create a more sustainable world?

Currently what I do and have been doing since I was a child is to recycle in general all plastics (especially bottles). It is well known that the use of plastic is becoming a huge and uncontrolled crisis as millions of tons of it are produced every year.
I believe that using a plastic bottle more than once must be something that should be normalized, since this material allows its constant use, in addition to being resistant and durable.
Apart from reusing plastic bottles to drink water or any beverage, the container allows us to make many handicrafts including flower pots or ashtrays.

Analyzing is very important because in this way I can see what other people are experiencing, visualizing a problem from a different point of view than my own, so it allows me to develop my attribute of open-mindedness and empathy to be able to relate and engage in a conversation about a certain topic.

How does having the opportunity to talk with artists who express themselves about current situations help me better understand the problems in my context?

It allows me to have a more direct dialogue which helps me to create bonds and an approachable communication that permits a message to be understood in a better way to be able to understand a problem in another context.
