         <description><![CDATA[<p>我學習到陳年沒加水的酒釀蒸餾出來的酒會比較香和甜，而加水的酒釀蒸餾出來會比嗆，我還知道以前的阿美族是母系社會所以大部分酒釀是女生釀的，女生來月事使不可以靠近釀酒的地發要遠遠的看著，一旦有人處和禁忌釀的酒可能就會酸掉臭掉或著是發霉，在蒸餾的時候鍋蓋要到放上面還要加點冰水鍋蓋水變熱我們就要立即換掉馬上換成冰水換水時要小心水不要漏進蒸籠裡。</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>我發現ㄧ定要用圓糯米，因為它的黏性會比較好。蒸餾酒需要酒粕，和它有分第一泡或第二泡和有陳年的和沒有陳年的陳年的會比較香，比較少的精華就越多就越好喝通常是祭拜祖靈的。要一直換冰水煮溫後要舀水到桶裡再換冰水。</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.怎麼製作蒸餾酒，還有了解蒸餾酒的步驟。</p><p>2.禁忌：女生有月事不能做，會流手汗的要戴手套，在做的時候不能打噴嚏放屁。</p><p>3.在製作蒸餾酒的過程中，首先要先放入酒粕，再放入蒸籠，再把毛巾放在蒸龍的邊邊裡面，防止蒸氣露出，要放四方盤，再把蓋子倒過來，再加冷水，等到水溫熱的時候，要把冷水加進去，如果水再次溫熱的時候，要先把水倒掉，再加冷水進去。</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>在做酒釀的過程中，我學到了第一步要先放入酒粕，再放入蒸籠，接著把毛巾鋪在蒸籠的邊邊、裡面放入四方盤，再把蓋子倒過來放，蓋子的上面要放水，等水煮開有一點溫溫燙燙的時後就要將熱水裝到水桶裡再換新的冷水到鍋蓋上。</p><p><br></p><p>蒸餾酒是由特定的製作方法和材料所帶來的，我體會到阿美族文化的獨特之處，並且對於祖先們的智慧心生敬意，這堂課程不僅讓我學習到了如何蒸餾酒及其中的技巧，更深入了解了阿美族的文化與傳承，希望有更多的人可以把阿美族的文化傳遞給其他人。</p><p><br></p><p>禁忌：（會留手汗的，要戴手套、家裡有喪事或病痛的不能做、女生有月事的、不能打噴嚏，放屁，大吵大叫）如果觸犯禁忌，做出來的酒會酸酸的。</p><p><br></p><p>工具：蒸籠、瓦斯盧、瓦斯桶、四方盤、蓋子、鍋子、毛巾、水瓢、鐵桶</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>我學到了，我們在做蒸餾酒的時候要一直注意水的溫度，也要一直換水。</p><p><br></p><p>還有老師說上面的蓋子不能歪歪的不然會滑下去，老師也告訴我們其實我們在煮的酒粕它散發出來的小水滴就是蒸餾酒，散發出來的味道也就是蒸餾酒的香味。</p><p><br></p><p>其中我們要注意的是，把水撈出來的時候要小心，不然會燙到同學，也不能每件事情都是老師或同學在做，自己也要幫忙，因為那是大家一起製作的甘醇蒸餾酒。</p>]]></description>
