  The restaurant is the traditional restaurant which is order and serve the food manually and also the staff will social with the customer.
  The environment in this restaurant makes me feel comfortable whenever is the strange place. The owner and staff are welcoming me to be a member in this restaurant. They simply explain what I need to do and be careful because the restaurant operate from 5pm until 10.30pm. Maybe the owner take care of my feeling.   The owner told me I need to catch up my speed because I used up 10 minutes to setting a table. So that I observe how the old staff cleaning and setting a table fast and perfect whenever is a big table. This technique will help me to save time and do other thing.

I no need to follow up the beverage side because my boss tell me I need to cover to the needs of customer such as refill the herbal tea, swipe the floor if dirty.
  Today,  my owner teach me recognise the food and can not send to the wrong table. She said most of the customer will order the food as I shown in the picture... The food like simple home-style meal with the affordable price. So that I try to send the food to the appointed table and confirm with old staff before I send.

  I always ask my boss,  I wear the homestyle shirt to work,  is it available? She answer me can,  do not be too formal. T-shirt, pants or trousers,  slipper also can,  but I will wear the cloth shoes. 
  I wipe the table, set the utensils follow by the number of people so do not wash too many set of utensils. Before that, she worried about I will drop the food and hurt the customer. After few days observation,  she think I can handle it. I feel very happy and say thank you for the worried.

When 5.30pm, there are customers wait outside the restaurant, the phone also ringing that the customer call to book the table. 
  I feel nervous and keep asking when I'm not sure about something such as the food send to which table, where I can take the extra chair to customers and other. Luckily,  the staff and owner still patient with me. Today I do my work as usual routine. Today has a little bit incident. It was a table of family request me to show how to full the teacup from the container to their children. This is because they want to show about the table manner. 
  First, arrange the tea cup to different rows or other shape, wait for the tea leaf soaks with the hot water, when the water turns to the brown  colour, it is the time to full the tea cup. 
  Is was fulfil my day in the few hours tonight in my working shift.

This is the way I can maintain my passionate to do the thing although is a small thing. 
  For example, when I swipe the floor,  I feel inconvenience when every chair need to stack up the chair and need to arrange back.  But another day I will seen it is a game or a way to release my stress. 
  Im happy I have my own way to solve my laziness.

Times fly and tonight is the last second day.  I came to work at 5.30pm. Because it is the week day,  the restaurant is not that much more customer compare with weekend. When I have some free time,  I asked the permission to go out of the restaurant. It just in front of the restaurant. 
  I observe the environment of the restaurant. I take 5 minutes and go back to the restaurant that I do not want to leave my position too long time.

  The other staff also know that today I'll  be the last day and give me the simple duty like send the beverage to customer,  clean and wipe the table, wipe the clean utensils. I think they are cute from my bottom of heart.
