No paint, brushes or water necessary to create a colorful work of art.
Firstly, I use my laptop to take a picture of me, I need to make a look like screaming. Secondly, I changed the picture to black and white with the laptop, and edited the size of the picture. The size is below the head and above the legs. Thirdly, print out the picture and cut it out along the outline of the person. Next, I used chalk pastels to paint Edvard Much's work "The Scream". Finally, I put my picture on the bottom right, where the man in the original work was.
I imitated "The Scream" which is Edvard Munch's project. In this work, I used black paper as the background and only used black and white chalk pastels. This will match my pictures. In this work, you can see I am screaming, you can feel the strong feeling of depression. Because studying is so hard!!

Next, I began to paint on paper with oil pastels. I was drawing it from the bottom to the up, starting with the sky. After painting with colored oil pastels, I painted the colored ones with white oil pastel again to make the colors lighter. Finally, after I finish my painting, I will fill it with a little color with colored oil pastels.
I imitated "The Scream" which is Edvard Munch's project.

i have used chalk pastel drew on the small canvas, i did not use water color on this painting. Because i do not how to use water color properly. I think i may be will mess up the painting. Firstly, i used pencil to draw the layout of this painting. I have searched the drawings of candle and fox. They are also in the padlet. I have drawn the fox above the candle. The smoke of the candle gradually formed into the shape of a fox. This is called graphic match. Secondly, i started use chalk pastel to draw the layout. I drew the candle first. After that, i drew the fox. When i have problems on using color, ms.bee would come and help me to fix my problems. i think i did quite good on this assessment, because i have a good theme, and it is surrealism. Next time, i can try to use the big canvas to draw the work.
