Implementation of technology has never been easy. If we look back, when "industrial revolution" was happened, many people were sceptical and resisted it. The same situation was not too far from nowadays when computerization of businesses was in force. People feared of losing their jobs and a huge resistance resulted in socially. Social behavior in relation to such processes include several stages such as scepticism, denial, resistance and only after is acceptance.

Implementation AI into mundane tasks and business environment , as shown in the aforesaid article, the greatest concern among unskilled workers, poorly educated people and countries with a labor-intensive economy like India. In a short term perspective (5-10 years) above mentioned categories may encounter some difficulties in finding job as a consequence of increased demands. Countries like India might face with a bigger gap between their economy and economies of technologically advanced countries. On the other hand, they have got a huge potential to grow with the right approach by each person individually and by the governments of such countries.

Though, the entire world is moving towards automation, India and countries with emerging economies cannot resist AI implementation. Thus countries must plan wisely at macro level and focus on building future-skill sets among young workforces. With the COVID-19 pandemic this has become the vitally important for plenty organizations, especially who works across the globe. Industries and companies must provide proper developvent and training for operating these new tools and software. People who want to increase the rate of employment, must upgrade their skills to be able to work effectively and efficiently. It is like the laws of physics. Even if a person does not know them, the laws still apply to him. If a person or a country, as a community, does not take advantage of using AI, these processes develop without their participation and the associated benefits are not available to them. For instance, a relatively recent development computerization brought a huge range of opportunities in all aspects of our life and no one pesrson can say "I have never used any technological improvemens in my life".

This article goes into 'debates and controversies' of gender, work, employment and society, based on the 'feminist reflections on continuity and change' researched analyzed by Linda McDowell, University of Oxford, UK.

McDowell mentioned that she 'had the privilege of being asked to talk about feminist approaches to the changing nature of work and employment', at a conference celebrating '25 years of publishing Work, Employment and Society' in 2012, 'held at the British Library'.

She commented that theorists had 'ignored the growing part of the economy that serviced the reproductions of the labour force'. Feminist thorists, had argued for decades 'insisting not only the significance of waged work in the public sector' 'but also on domestic labour'.

McDowell noted that Du Gay argued in 'The tyranny of the epochal and work identity', that 'too many theorists took the claim that there had been a transformation in working lives and in the nature of capitalism for granted'. He believed that 'change rather than continuity was the focus'. McDowell explained that the consideration of women's domestic labour and continuity of tasks, would 'not deny a change in location and social relations, as domestic tasks moved from the home to the workplace (often other women's homes) and from unwaged to waged labour'. She noted that the 'key economic trends seemed puzzling to many commentators' due to overlooking or 'ignoring these changes, as well as the key role that employment continues to play in the social construction of identity'. McDowell included an example - 'in the UK was evident in December 2012 as the numbers of people in employment continued to rise, despite low productivity and, for four quarters in 2011/2012, a negative growth rate'. Based on her research into 'media commentators, the lack of reflections - on how a service-dominated economy, the changing composition of the workforce and women's rising labour market participation were important in understanding employment patterns'. The argument they were faced with was 'that the inclusion of waged domestic labour in the analysis produces a different understanding of contemporary changes in the labour market.

McDowell mentioned there were 'arguments about the (declining) significance of domestic labour and women's growing centrality in the labour market, new debates about gender as a category and emerging differences between women began to become significant in feminist theorizing in the late 20th century'.
