I always see little kids playing on a tablet or phone. If it's watching a show or playing a game they are using technology. My little cousin has an iPad and he has learned a bunch of stuff like colors or the names of different cars.

For example  people put games like fruit ninja and the cats actually tap on the screen. People also train chimpanzees and other monkeys stuff like sign language.
