The decision is contained in an executive decree published today in the government gazette. The new minimum wage will apply to all workers in the public sector, except for municipal workers. The measure comes into force in the first half of 2017. According to figures released by the Ministry of State Communication, currently 35,000 employees earn minimum salary. This is the second such increase of the last year. Day by day, the cost of basic basket of food has increased and it is too hard to buy anything and get basic products to have what we need. This increase for public employees is good, but it is not enough, but everything is expensive. I think that 100 dollars more will not change all problems in our country.
