Yes, I know that Personal Development is still an academic subject that requires efficient learning. Still, this subject has taught me more about my emotional self, the depth of my feelings, and the importance of caring for myself and others. I was able to express myself more, despite not liking to be vulnerable, not only with myself, but also with my loved ones.

2. What were your key takeaways from the subject?

My most significant key takeaways would be the name of the subject itself and how I will be able to use my learnings from it. "Personal Development" isn't a term that can happen overnight. It requires concepts, experiences, and reflection to accept things as they are and how they will shape us. It gives us the ability to decide which is better for our own "Personal Development" and enables us to grow for and with people who value us.

3. What two topics were your favorites and why?

Mental health and well-being, as well as "What is Love?" are my favorite lessons because of their context regarding one's overall health and perception of the world, people, and especially oneself. Though common, I believe that it still deserves to be talked about, especially here in the Philippines, knowing that even though there are many posts about mental health and love, it still isn't recognized and appreciated enough. Recognizing their relevance, especially in our generation, allows us to move closer to unity and open-mindedness.
