He was born in Alexandria, Egypt. He liked growing up by the Mediterranean sea. He said the "people in Egypt are friendly, warm and real." He had to move with his family. He left with his whole family when he was 16 years old. He left Egypt, and went through another country, then Canada and finally arrived in New York in the USA in the 1970s. He learned about the new way of living and said he "had a heavy accent, and  was able to adopt the new French accent because he was young." When he arrived in America, it was hard in a new country. He said in his country "people would just show up to other peoples homes." He liked how in many other countries you can just show up. But in the USA, people get insulted if you just show up.  He likes his friends in the USA so he can just casually meet with friends. His family left Egypt because of politics and other reasons he didn't want to talk about. It was a decision taken by his parents to move. His main hopes for me is "to be successful and learn how to fit in and adapt to the changes well, because that is the key to success in life!"

I agree that success is not only about money, but also about working hard not not giving up. People who have an easy life become lazy. People who work hard, know the true value of life. Strength is in our ability to be flexible to the changes in life.
