         <description><![CDATA[<p>Michael 'Lee' chin is a Jamaican-Canadian billionaire  philanthropist born in Port Antonio, Jamaica on the 3rd of January 1951 to a biracial African and a Chinese-Jamaican Aston Lee and Hyacinth Gloria Chen respectively. Mr. Michael 'Lee Chin' owns or has made various businesses such as National Commercial Bank (NCB), CVM Television Group , Reggae Beach (resort) Jamaica. Furthermore Mr. Lee-Chin was added to the Forbes Magazine list of billionaires in the year of 2010 ever since then his net worth has been fluctuating between 1-2 billion and has been stagnant at 1.4 billion dollars as of the June 2023</p>]]></description>

By 1987 the investment was worth 3.5 million Canadian dollars which some was then to buy Advantage Investment Council for 200,000 and at the time this company had holdings of 800,000 this shows us how the factor of Managing Financial resources come into play</p>]]></description>
