         <title>Fitness is the quality of psychical shape you are in. &amp;nbsp;Fit people are individuals that are in good shape, they are healthy, and excel or work to excel at psychical activities. &amp;nbsp;Some simple things anyone can do to improve fitness are activities like running to improve cardiovascular system or going to the gym to workout any part of your body, as well as eating healthy to maintain your shape, or playing any sport can add to your level of fitness.</title>
